Neil is Analytics Manager – Location Insight at ECA. With over 20 years of GM experience, he leads the team responsible for ECA’s Location Ratings, Country Profiles and Salary Trends Survey. Overseeing the publication of data and content, he also steers the development of the Location Insight team’s products and services.

He has been at ECA since 2009 and is responsible for delivering the results of the firm’s cost of living survey which covers over 500 locations globally. Oliver also has significant expertise in developing tailored data solutions for key mobility clients.

Alec leads ECA's Mobility Costing data and insights. He has been at ECA since 2008 and is responsible for research and analysis of all manner of assignment benefits and relocation costs. His key data domains are Accommodation, Education, Transport and Daily Rates.
