Sir Peter Westmacott
Former British Ambassador to the U.S., France and Turkey
Sir Peter Westmacott was British Ambassador to the United States from January 2012 until January 2016. He then spent a semester teaching and writing at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. He was British Ambassador to France from 2007-2012 and to Turkey from 2002- 2006. His 43-year diplomatic career included four years in Iran before the 1979 revolution and a secondment to the European Commission in Brussels. He was the Foreign and Commonwealth Office’s Director Americas from 1997-2000 and Deputy Under Secretary of State for the Wider World from 2000-2001. From 1990-1993, he was Deputy Private Secretary to HRH The Prince of Wales. Peter was an Independent Non-Executive at EY from 2017-22 and Chair of Tikehau Capital UK from 2022-24. He is a non-executive director of We.Soda, Ciner Glass, Glasswall Holdings and Volex Plc. He is a Distinguished Ambassadorial Fellow at the Atlantic Council, a Senior Adviser at Chatham House, and the author of “They Call it Diplomacy - Forty Years of Representing Britain Abroad.

An Italian national, Ema has lived and worked in Germany, before moving to the UK. She has 15 years’ experience in the field of Global Mobility and, during this period, has collaborated closely with several of ECA’s key client partners, to optimise their processes & policies and to add value to their GM programs

Jeanette is the Senior Director of Compliance in ECA group. Previous to this role she was Head of Research in TST and prior to that worked in Global Immigration law firms and a Big 4 tax practice. Throughout her 25 year career she has advised companies in relation to their mobile employee’s immigration, tax and social security compliance obligations. Jeanette’s new role in ECA group will help client with compliance whether managing assignees, business travellers or remote workers. Jeanette is a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser and holds Diploma in Legal Studies

James has over a decade of experience within Global Mobility consultancy, working closely with Financial Services organisations in managing their internationally mobile populations, before joining ECA. His skills revolve around strategising for international moves, review of client policy and advising on the factors surrounding the complexities of Global Mobility.

Lee is responsible for overseeing ECA’s expansion in the Asia region. As part his remit he works with organisations throughout the region to identify their global mobility needs and deliver solutions which meet their requirements. Lee is a trusted advisor to various organisations, helping them create, review and enhance their GM policies and processes to meet their aims and enable them to meet their growth requirements. Lee is also widely quoted in the regional media on various topics ranging from global mobility through to workforce planning.

Liam and his team were instrumental in creating the Comply product which is now fully integrated with the ECA Expert platform. With over 25 years’ experience in Relocation, Travel Technology and Internet products, Liam is responsible for sales across the ECA International Group. He leads the development of the client base and his technical and process focus ensure the group products are market leading. His focus is on the ever-changing mobility landscape and his education in Psychology and a Masters in Business Administration helps him understand client company culture and how the ECA products can deliver efficiencies and automations in the daily work of Mobility teams and their internal stakeholder partners.

Tom specialises in systems integration and automation to help remove the administrative burden of these mobile employees from busy Mobility, Tax and Travel teams
