Session one - latest updates in policies and practices

Looking at the results of recent policy surveys, we will highlight some of the key trends and changes global organisations are making to their mobility policies, focusing particularly on the area of assignment and relocation benefits. 

Update: Location Ratings

An update on key locations with scoring changes for 2025-2026 and a review of the key global issues driving those changes.

Session two - ECA Cost of Living highlights

This session explores the latest cost of living highlights including inflation and exchange rates. We will also touch on notable changes regarding other major costs, such as accommodation and education. 

Open forum

Your opportunity to raise and discuss topics or questions with other agencies and ECA.

Pre-submit your questions or ask them on the day. We will also explore how technology and AI will impact assignment management.

12:00pm: Wrap-up & networking lunch
The wrap‑up briefly closes the session with key takeaways. A networking lunch follows, giving attendees time to connect informally.
