Lee is ECA's Director of Business Development – Asia. He is responsible for overseeing ECA’s expansion in the Asia region. As part his remit he works with organisations throughout the region to identify their global mobility needs and deliver solutions which meet their requirements. Lee is a trusted advisor to various organisations, helping them create, review and enhance their GM policies and processes to meet their aims and enable them to meet their growth requirements.
